Hello

Dear reader,

I hope you are well.

First things first, we warmly welcome our newest community member, Igor. He joined us for the "Tuesday Get Together" and many of you have been curious to learn more about him.

Two community members are looking for some advice. Julia would like to improve her culinary skills, only using a microwave, and Manfred wants some insider information about what to do and see in Brittany and Normandy next year. Who can help them?

Monique and Bernard shared the joys of participating in the grape harvest, and Maxime told the curious story of how one of his teachers opted to stay in France rather than move to the United States and work for NASA. This topic is the discussion theme for our next Tuesday Get Together.

And we have news from Nathalie and Cléa in Seoul. After six weeks of whirlwind settling in, Nathalie has signalled to me that she is ready to share her stories with us. The pictures she has sent me are quite breathtaking. Watch this space.

We keep the videos alive: Manfred from Bad Wildungen, Martin from Kassel and Wenya from Beijing. More are in the pipeline as I write.

Have a great week.

Best regards
Frank

What can I cook?

Julia has a new flat and a new kitchen, and only a microwave to cook with. What can she cook? Do you have any fantastic recipes for her?

Cheers!

This year's grape harvest is finished, and the 2022 vintage in France will be a very good one. Monique and Bernard helped in the proceedings. What else would you like to know about the wines in our region?

To do, or not to do?

This man turned down an offer to work for NASA in the United States. He prefers to teach Maxime in Laval. Why? What do you think?
