The business is funded through a major Real Estate Investment Company and is in the process of acquiring new build developments, in France and Spain which they then retain and operate.
Currently seeking an Acquisitions Project Manager,’ a role which will comprise of identifying new opportunities for premises on behalf of new occupiers to lease, and typically being residential builds directly from developers.
The candidate will have 1 – 3 years of work experience in the property and/or sales industry and be confident and well presented. Acquisitions experience would be great, but not essential, and candidates must be driven, ambitious and enjoy the interaction of the transaction process – perhaps if you have worked in an estate agency and/or a sales type of environment before, this could be a great transition.
The successful candidate’s remit revolves around site acquisition but will involve learning about the care-home and commercial fit-out sides of the business and is a great chance to grow career credentials in a dynamic growing company.

Salary: €35,000 – €40,000, bonus and profit share.
