300 g minced meat
1 small onion
1 tbsp mustard
1 tsp tomato paste
1 egg
salt and pepper
2 Camembert at 120 g each


Mix the minced meat well with the ingredients and leave to stand for a while so that the egg has time to bind. Then wrap the meat dough around the Camembert. Bake at 200 °C in an oven dish moistened with olive oil for about half an hour.
