Busy small dog grooming company hiring Admin/Customer service manager.

A small and busy mobile dog grooming company is looking for an administrator to schedule appointments across the greater Brida area.

• You will handle customer service texts/phone calls and emails.
• Update and manage customer files.
• Problem-solve when cancellations happen or when van issues come up. Keep track of payments coming in through PayPal.
• Help me with various admin tasks.
• The hours are flexible, but some weekend work is necessary.

This position is entirely remote!! Perfect for a stay-at-home mum!

Hours are flexible but being able to check your phone throughout the day is a must.

 Seeking someone who is:

• Has geographical knowledge of Brida and surrounding area.
• Must have references.
• Must Love Dogs

This job is about 20 hours a week, though it can be more on occasion.
