A beautiful classic 20 metres (length) by 10 metres (width) 1985 Dutch Barge Houseboat with a recently serviced 45 horsepower Porkin engine.

These boats were built to last hundreds of years. This particular barge has had its engine recently serviced. I have taken it out of the water, surveyed, re-blacked, and painted within the last 18 months. It is currently move-in and cruise ready!

All safety and license certificates are up-to-date and official.

There are two spacious lounging areas, a kitchen with built-in burners and propane hook up, running water and a new shower/full bathroom. Two full-sized solar panels supply electricity.

In addition to the two spacious lounge rooms, there is a third bedroom space fitted for a double mattress, with shelf space and a bedside cubby.

Because of maintenance and convenience for viewings, I am currently living on the boat, which means viewings can be set up anytime. In the event of a sale, I can move out in less than a day.
