h2>Physical Energy vs Mental Energy
Hosted Brida Table · 60 minutes · Small group (max 6)
We say we’re tired.
But tired is not always the same thing.
Sometimes the body feels heavy and the mind is racing.
Sometimes the body is fine — and the mind is quietly depleted.
Work. Screens. Responsibility. Constant decisions.
Modern millennial life asks for both stamina and focus — often without pause.
This Public Table is a contained, 60-minute conversation for six adults willing to explore the difference between physical and mental energy — and how each quietly shapes their days.
Not productivity language.
Not optimisation.
Not performance.
Just thoughtful adults speaking honestly about what drains them, what sustains them, and what they have begun to notice.
When intentional people gather like this, something clarifies.
You may realise your experience is more specific than the word “tired” allows.
You may leave with language for something you have felt for years.
You may leave the hour with a clearer understanding of how your body and mind carry different kinds of load — without pressure to solve anything.
