The Duo

Two Generations. Two Stories. One Vision.

Brida began in 2015 with Frank — a facilitator with 30+ years of practice helping people and teams find their voice across cultures, companies, and continents. Raised between Japan and Australia, and having lived in Germany, the UK, Belgium, and now France, Frank worked in corporate training with international management teams at DaimlerChrysler (now Mercedes), Bombardier Transportation (now Alstom), and others. The lesson he carried into Brida is simple and practical: language doesn’t just connect people — it reveals them.

In 2025, Janita — a storyteller and facilitator from South Africa — reached out on LinkedIn. Their first chat? Peeling potatoes — a reminder that ordinary moments, shared honestly, can become the most human kind of learning.

Since then, they’ve worked side by side with a clear, professional alignment: keep Brida warm, thoughtful, and real.

Frank

  • Grew up in Japan & Australia; lived in Germany, UK, Belgium, France.
  • 30+ years facilitating across cultures and industries.
  • Worked with management teams at DaimlerChrysler (now Mercedes), Bombardier Transportation (now Alstom), and others.

Janita

Co-creator · Cultural connector · Host & producer

  • South African warmth with a facilitator’s eye for pace and presence.
  • Turns conversation into confidence — playful, human, real.
  • Co-host of Brida’s flagship sessions and stories.

Two Voices. One Rhythm.

Frank brings reflection — the calm why. Janita brings energy — the vivid how. He sets the compass; she keeps the pace. Together they turn philosophy into atmosphere — the kind of experience that lingers long after the call ends.

Their Difference Is the Design

Frank’s intercultural background gives Brida its depth and clarity. Janita’s creative spark makes it warm and welcoming. They operate in contrast — not to compete, but to complete the picture.

A Gentle Nudge

Most people wait until they’re “ready.” Meanwhile, the next conversation is already forming — with new voices and new moments you’ll wish you’d been there for. If you feel the pull, follow it.
