Dog Walker
Successful Dog Walking business looking for additional dog walkers to work with us on a freelance basis, around 12 – 15 hours per week on average, covering weekdays. Access to a car or van is essential.
Our walkers take out a maximum of three dogs at a time and we pay on a weekly basis.
Workload depends on client demand & your availability, but our growing client base means there’s always work for successful applicants from Monday to Friday.
We’re looking for someone who currently owns a dog or has previously owned dogs.
The position is also more likely to suit someone who is looking to work a few hours a day rather than “full-time” hours and is looking to top up existing earnings, or maybe supplement a pension.
A lot of our clients use us on a variable basis and extra walks are frequently requested, often at short notice, so we require people with a flexible approach to changes in our clients’ needs.
We cover the Greater Brida area and we’re out in all weather conditions.
You would need to have a reliable vehicle for collecting dogs to go on a walk (although some of the older dogs have shorter walks from their own house). You would also need access to email and a mobile phone as these are how we stay in touch as a team and send out the walking schedule each week.
